Who We Are

We are Maren Hermans and Naomi Thellier de Poncheville, passionate facilitators, coaches, and advisors who specialise in helping organisations, leaders, and teams transform and evolve.

With hands-on experience building and leading teams in the creative and hospitality industries, we bring a wealth of knowledge from diverse projects with global clients and multi-cultural teams. Both trained in Co-Active Coaching (CTI) and Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), we are committed to fostering positive, collaborative, and diverse work environments that strengthen relationships between individuals, teams, and the larger ecosystems they operate in.

Our approach is holistic and people-centred, guiding organisations through change by fostering adaptive leadership and collective awareness to help them thrive in today’s ever-changing, complex and dynamic world.

Our mission is to support change-makers and purpose-driven organisations committed to creating positive impact. We equip individuals, teams, and organisations with the systems intelligence needed to transform their culture, capabilities, and practices, enabling them to stay agile, resilient, and lead at the forefront of meaningful change.

Naomi Thellier de Poncheville

Creative Impact Strategist | Systems Change Facilitator | Educator

Naomi leverages over fifteen years of interdisciplinary creative expertise across various global agencies and brands, and also develops courses and lectures in Creative Business studies. She brings her creative experience into educating and facilitating around systems change and purposeful leadership, and connects Systems Facilitation and Systems Thinking, with Regenerative Design. She combines experiential processes and creative methodologies to empower teams, create transformative learning environments and foster meaningful change.

Naomi is trained in Regenerative Leadership, Co-active coaching (CTI) and Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).

Maren Hermans

Systems Coach and Facilitator | Operations Leader

Maren is an Operations Leader and Systems Coach, specialised in creating collaborative and effective work environments. Experienced in operationally guiding global brands, startups, and creative agencies, she works with teams and leaders from all over the world.

As a systems coach, Maren focuses on the relationships within organisations. Her passion is to create healthy, life-affirming organisations where people are heard and seen, are encouraged to come as their true self and contribute actively towards a resistent, agile and regenerative work environment.

Trained in ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching), Maren brings a systemic approach to enhancing team dynamics and implementing regenerative practices.
