‘Let’s tell you about who we are.’

Nice to meet you!

We are Maren and Naomi, passionate facilitators, coaches, and advisors dedicated to supporting organisations in their transformation towards more purpose-driven, creative, and regenerative futures that drive meaningful impact and lasting change.

With a background in the creative fields, hands-on experience building multicultural teams and leading diverse projects from startups to global clients, we bring a rich blend of practical know-how, compassionate accountability and visionary insight.

  • Our world is alive, complex, and deeply interconnected. How we relate to ourselves, each other, and the systems we are part of directly shapes our ability to respond to the urgent global challenges of our time.

At Fieldwork, our purpose is to help organisations, teams, and individuals cultivate this relational awareness. Through systemic facilitation and coaching, we surface the inner and outer dynamics at play, we help to deepen interpersonal relationships, which in turn can foster more brave and adaptive cultures. By doing so, we unlock the innate creativity, resilience, and potential needed to create and sustain meaningful change within organisations, communities, and the(ir) world beyond.

  • At Fieldwork, we envision a world where organisations are thriving, living systems, continuously evolving, learning, and collaborating within broader networks of change. We see a future where a global community of change-makers amplifies each other’s impact, creating a ripple effect of shared learning and collective action. Our vision is a tipping point: where together, this growing network drives forward the systemic change our world urgently needs.

  • A core part of our own grounding and creative practices are based on committing to innerwork, action-inquiry, reflective writing, dreaming, pattern seeking and undergoing continuous coaching and mentorship in our extended circles and networks. Through this commitment, we strive to practice and embody what we preach, to hold ourselves accountable in continuously growing and developing our range. With this, we strive to expand our own capacity to hold and invite space for others to join.
