As the saying goes, 'the carpenter’s door is always broken’. It’s always a challenge to look at your own self or internal operations. So it was a delight to work with Naomi and Maren from Fieldwork. A perfect team that showed the value of how an experienced, dedicated and nimble setup can do wonders to help us activate a team wise discussion on our future strategy as a creative consulting business (…).

We found the process they put together unique and steered away from the classic analysis and mental over thinking and helped everyone to express their state of mind, vision and aspirations through creative and fun tools. We came out with a more honest and grounded perspective on how we could craft our future strategy.
